Room Comforts
Our rustic cabin-like rooms have locally made toiletries made with pure essential oils, organic, and with no synthetic fragrances. We have free high speed Wifi and bluetooth radios. Our fireplace rooms have real log fires. Jacuzzi bathrooms have a tub built for one but two persons frequently share them. Rates include a complimentary continental breakfast. Rooms face the sunrise and overlook over the woodsy village of Mill Valley, SF Bay and distant mountain peaks.
CANCELLATION POLICY IS FIVE DAYS IN ADVANCE of the date of check-in, in such case any deposit will be refunded minus a $25 processing fee per night per room. Any cancellation after the five days is subject to charges in the amount of the entire booked reservation (including tax), unless room can be re-booked.Special conditions apply to any bookings in excess of two rooms. Deposit for one night stay is applied at time of booking. 12% Room Taxes are applicable. Check-in is 3pm-9pm. If arriving after 9pm, please let us know the approximate time of arrival. Check-out is 11am.
Deluxe Rooms
Deluxe Rooms have queen beds. Some have either a fireplace or a Jacuzzi bathtub for one. They all have free wifi, bluetooth radio, and an internet connected Smart HD TV.
Standard Rooms
Our Standard Rooms are sunny and quite small, best recommended for those bringing only a toothbrush and their sweetheart! They have free wifi and a bluetooth radio but do NOT have tv’s.

Surroundings
Like an eagle’s nest the inn sits atop a Mt. Tamalpais ridge with a view as far as you can see. Our sun-drenched terrace overlooks the village of Mill Valley 900 feet below — and the Bay beyond.
We are bordered by the beautiful Muir Woods and Mt. Tamalpais parks. During high season we are often just above the cool thick summer clouds and below the sun-beating peaks. Bends on the trails provides ever changing vistas and geography. With an ideal intersection of weather and views, it’s no wonder many famous Mt. Tam trails begin or end at our inn.
