At the Inn

We are returning to our roots.

Historically MHI was a beer garden and stop on the road. Today, Chef Edgar prepares a selection of bar snacks and small plates, our Trail & Table menu, perfect for enjoying at the inn or taking along on a hike. The bar is open daily from 11:00 AM to 8pm (summer hours), providing a relaxing space to unwind.

A complimentary continental breakfast is included for all room guests from 8am – 10:30am.

For your other meals our staff is happy to offer personalized restaurant recommendations to enhance your dining experience. The Mill Valley and southern Marin areas boast an incredible selection of high-quality dining options—many just a short drive away or available via popular delivery apps. Our staff will be onsite during bar hours to assist you with dining setup/supplies with food you’ve order online.  All guestrooms have a mini fridge and Nespresso coffee machine.
